I found this site very useful and informative. I myself have a foreigner working in China, have some problems with my current company. I just signed a contract in China, and for this I have no idea what has been written into the contract. So far, the company complained several times to have a contract in English. But I have no contract in the English language, and I do not understand what is written in the contract to China, I signed. I also have my FEC in my possession. The employer says that I do not I may have with me. But what I understand Froim Chinese Labor / Employment Law, which states that no employer is entitled to all the documents of the employee, or retain it. Am I right?



I would also like to know if the Saturday and Sunday closed. What time is it to work for a period of one week.
