Where can I get quotes for MSCI indices? - msci eafe performance

Is it me or are the prices of the MSCI really hard to find? I am particularly interested in are:

The MSCI markets of the United States (which can be found on Google Finance, but can not find the other two)
MSCI EAFE
MSCI Emerging Markets Index

I'm looking for real issues, no citations of ETFs (eg EFA iShares or Vanguard VTI), the mirror.
